Join Old School artist-in-residence Faith Purvey and people from Gorna Lipnista in welcoming a new-old space on the Main Street, the old bus stop / bread shop, for a special celebration at 7:00 pm tonight – 31.07.2019!
What does it look like when time stops, or starts again? Can you ever catch a shadow? After 39 years, the rusty metal door on the old station has been re-opened and the space has been re-occupied by artists ranging in age and size. Faith worked with children and other young people from the village over the past week to re-imagine a space and invite some color into it. This space features many paintings by many people, with different themes and ideas.
Please join for tapas, wine / soda and other treats, and a conversation about what the space used to be and what it means for the present and future! Everyone is welcome.
